Could you give me a little more info about what you can do with IFTTT?

Course I can. Using the multitude of recipes available at IFFFT.com, I have found the following really handy:

-Every I put up a new post at Almigo’s Adventures it would create a link to it and post a tweet about it on my Twitter account automatically.

-When I got tagged in a picture on Facebook, it would save a copy to my Dropbox account.

-I used a recipe to monitor a share price I was interested in. Once it hit the particular price I wanted it at, IFTTT sent me a text. (I never ended up buying those shares but you get the picture..)

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Considering you can get IFTTT to shake hands with Facebook, Twitter, Evernote, Spotify, Dropbox, Tumblr and just about every online service and internet connected device, the sky is the limit. And now you can do things with IFTTT BMW too…

Well that has tweaked my interest, tell me what IFTTT BMW can do for me?

Some of the more popular ones are:

And the list goes on. (Get the full list of what recipes people have come up with right here.)

Are there any requirements I need to know before I throw myself into the time saving world of IFTTT BMW?

Yes. There’s only a handful of countries supported and if you’re driving a 2015 7 series, you miss out sorry. But if your Beamer was built post July 2013 you may be in luck. Have a full read up of what you need to know right now.

So anyone else hooked up their car to IFTTT somehow? Let us know!
